Blueberry Cobbler
I made this up the other night at 10pm when I got in a baking mood. I took it to work the next morning and we gobbled it up with cool whip... It was super yummy!
1 large jar blueberry pie filling
1 lemon cake mix
1 1/2 cubes butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Pour the pie filling into the pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix on top. Pour the melted butter all over the top of the dry mix. Do not stir. Bake for 45-55 min. Serve warm topped with ice cream or cool whip.
