Happenings of the Week :)

I spent all day at work yesterday and today at a service fair at UVU trying to get volunteers for my Kid Time program. It was pretty boring. I did spend the whole time people watching though and man, there are a lot of weird people out there. It made me glad I don't go to school and I'm thinking I didn't miss much :) Most of the kids there looked like kids. It could've been a high school. It was very interesting.

My little drama class is going well. The kids are having a lot of fun and I'm really enjoying working with them. I've already got a couple of kids signed up for October's session, so that's good.

Ken is coming for a visit next week. It'll be good to see him.

Tomorrow is my day off (yeah!). I've gotta get caught up on lots of stuff. I have to type up a list of all the karaoke songs I have for the school carnival this weekend, go to the post office, clean my house and blah blah blah. So wait... I said it was a day off right? Never mind... It's just a day I don't go IN TO work :)

The kids are all doing really well in school so far. They're liking it a lot. They were sad I wouldn't pay for school pics AGAIN this year, but they're pricey and I feel like it's an unnecessary expense. We always end up with a million we don't need and they're basically like mug shots... lol. I'd rather take cute pics myself.
