Monday night at our house is Kid Cooking Night. The kids plan out two Mondays' menus at a time since I shop every other week. They have to cook the entire dinner all by themselves. Last night they made individual pepperoni pizzas, green beans and dessert pizza. They had a lot of fun making their dessert pizza.
