October is Halloween Month :)

What are you going to be on Halloween night, a witch or a goblin or a ghost?
What are you going to be on Halloween night, a ghoul that is ghoulier than most?

What are you going to be on Halloween night, a monster who'll fill me with distress? What are you going to be, well don't tell me. Wait 'till Halloween and let me guess.

In my preschool drama class I'm teaching the kids this song... Does anyone else remember it? My girls learned it in preschool, but I have the book which came out when I was little, so it's been around awhile but isn't sung often. What a fun little song :)

Here we are at the Covey Center employee Halloween party on Monday (that I hosted, of course). My children find joy in killing me...lol. These devil horns are awesome... Ken wore some too. They're barrettes. I got them at Big Lots for $1. They're super cool.

We also went and saw Thriller last week. Ken and I went on a date on Thursday night and the kids saw it Saturday afternoon. It's a really fun (and a little spooky) Halloween show. We all thought it was great. I'm glad I work at the Covey Center, because we would've never been able to afford the $25 for each ticket.

So, what's everyone gonna be this year??? Come on... I know you all have your costumes picked out ;)
